We must be notified via email within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Item must be new and unworn with tags. For exchange completion, we need the item back to us no later than 7 business days from the date you emailed us. Once received, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items or items on the LAST CHANCE tab cannot and will not be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Return Process Time
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
